Mohd Rushairy is a Human Resource Development practitioner with experience in leadership development, corporate training, programme innovation, entrepreneurship, digital work, martial arts coaching and community initiatives. As Founder and CEO of Azzam Reezky Group, he leads strategic direction, partnerships and human development initiatives.
The portfolio shows a practice-oriented path: learn through work, test ideas in the field, turn learning into training, then turn training into programmes and systems that can serve more people.
